Registration Fee

In the following table you will find an overview of the registration fees for MRFOOD 2026 Conference.

General Information

  • To participate in the conference, registration must be completed through the dedicated online platform. The platworm will be available in the coming weeks.
  • Registration fee includes: access to all sessions, coffee-breaks and lunches.
  • Participation in the Conference Dinner is available for purchase with a separate fee. Please note that seats are limited and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • The registration fee payment can be made by credit or debit card in a single payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests received by May 10, 2026, will be refunded 80% of the amount paid. After May 10, 2026, no refunds will be possible.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to the Organizing Secretariat at mrfood2026@promoest.com.
  • No Shows will not be refunded.

AMPERE Membership

  • AMPERE Members registering for MRFood 2025 will have their existing membership extended for one year.
  • Non-AMPERE members will be automatically granted one year’s membership.
